If I have less than 1 star I will give. They always give less quantity. Short staff and when big lines form they cut on plate... quantity as to serve more people. I had 2 plates for my sons and Lislie (staff) put left over King Pao with such a smallquantities (2 to 3 pieces of chicken n mostly oil n red pepper stuff). I didn?t pay attention as my 12 year son ordered to goand when we got home I was surprised to see 3 small spoons of Kung Pao and small quantity of chau mein. Next time I will postpictures. I never have any issues to any Panda Express except this one as far as they immediately cut on quantity specially whenbig line forms with 1 cook and 1 server and same cashier. A bit pricey but gives you enough food I ordered the 3 item plate it was good,try it for yourself.
I didn't like the fact that I went at opening time and they don't start cooking until they open so you're just standing around... waiting for everything to be cooked. I guess you have option to choose somewhere else to eat but if you want Panda Express andyou want it right it opening time you're going to have to do some waiting around and I was very disappointed that the fact thatthe food was allegedly freshly cooked but tasted day-old??????????????? Everytime i order through doordash i make it a point to let them know to add hot sauce and everytime they wont. I find it very... rude that they promise to do this and dont. Then i call them to ask why and they dont answer because they know its me afterhanging up on me. The manager needs to train the workers better at this location. Very poor customer service and small portionstoo. Read more
Ordered online, was at restraint to pick up, doors still locked, employees standing around looking over imp trying to tell them... through the window i ordered online no one acknowledge e me except for laughing at me and some other possible customers. finally26 min later they unlocked the doors rude, food was cold . unprofessional like nothing i have ever seen. Due to the long waitand absolutely no care of the employees i was late back to work in turn got a write up. Thanks guys Read more
