I placed a mobile order and I didn't know the process of picking it up. They place all the drinks out and you have to look for... it. There were a lot and I couldn't find mine. I asked, then finally they asked my name. They were still working on it. Whendone they handed it to me and I ended up leaving with the wrong straw for the new boba. It was a very frustrating experience. Ihave not been back since. Maybe it's different if you order in house. I've been in the past and they were very nice, not thistime. Maybe they were having an off day. I may give them another chance in the future. They have many vegan option which isworth a visit. Read more

Peet?s is always top notch. They have the best tasting roasts on rotation, and a good selection of drinks.
Nice. Clean. Friendly. Delicious. The location is a little? ?first world difficult? to get to. It is kitty cornered in by a... fountain, a small hill and an outdoor seating area, so you must park around the corner and walk a short ways to get into thecafe. Your coffee is smooth, we normally buy Espresso Forte Beans & we have enjoyed the Anniversary Blend Coffee Beans so much, we'll... continue buying it to support the Women's Co-Op producing this until it's all gone. The Horchata Latte is a tasty & creativedrink. I also enjoy the Green Matcha Latte on occasion. Our location can get quite busy at times, so it helps to be able toorder ahead on the APP. The Baristas are personable & courteous, for the most part, I have some favorites. ???? I think thehiccups on App has been fixed, except can you give an option to have sugar packets on side or in drink? Thank you for FreeRewards & Free Drinks on the App & order ahead, but can you not have expiration dates on what's been earned? ????
