Dear Pieology 09/12/2022 Complaint: Horrible, Threatening and Hostile Customer Service. Complaint: Incorrect Order. On... 09/12/2022 at or around 5:50pm, I visited your establishment for service, and I experienced horrible customer service, and youremployees were extremely unprofessional with myself and with each other as co employees. Furthermore, while picking theingredients for my pizza, a male employee, white, 5?11, 240 pounds with a blonde beard and long blonde hair and a femaleemployee, white, 5?6, 140 pounds with brown hair were arguing and insulting each other. Moreover, after I paid for my meal andwhile my pizza was in the oven, they continued to fight, and both walked off the job and left one employee to serve therestaurant. Fortunately, after they walked off for five minutes, they decided to clock back in (Extremely unprofessional). Outof concern for my order that I paid for and because it was still on the counter due the confusion, I inquired about my order andwas meet with hostility by the white male employee I mentioned earlier. Additionally, I felt disrespected and threatened by hisaction. Fortunately, I am civil and mature person, so I swallowed my pride and respectfully requested him to give me my orderthat was getting cold on the counter that I have already paid for. It took another few minutes, but I ultimately did receive myfood. However, the order was wrong because I order thin crust and received regular crust. Further, I did not enjoy or finishedmy meal because of the traumatic experience and emotions I was feeling. With that being said, I am respectfully demanding arefund of $14.12 for my meal. Read more
Enjoyed the pizza, but the line was long and slow. It looked like the employees were doing their jobs; maybe there should have... been one more employee? I'm trying to consider the fact that we're ordering pizzas, not something pre-made, but still... It wasover half an hour in line to place our order. It was long enough that I texted back to my home not to worry, that I was fine,but it was just taking that long. I would give zero star. Ordered take out 2 stuff crust pizzas and went to pick up 30 min later. The guy in the front at register... was chit-chating for 15 min with another dine in customer. I stood there and waited without being acknowledged. Another takeout customer came up behind me, the clerk decided to help that customer next and went back to help other dine in customers. After helping 2 other dine in customers he finally asked for my name. I looked at the pizzas and said this is not stuff crust.He argued with me and said it is. The pizza obviously was not stuff crust and was burnt. If you want to get ripped off, this isthe place to go. Will not be back. Read more
I love this place. My wife and I come here alot and are never disappointed. The food is great and so is the customer service.... The manager Kendrick is awesome! He is friendly, helpful, and makes you wanna come back. Read more
The young lady that was left there with barley any help I commend you. Not only were they short staffed they also were out of... alot of things. And she was fast and efficient and made sure that everyone was taken care of. I appreciate ???? your hard work. Read more
Waiting patiently over 15 minutes. The people in front of us ordered their pizza while putting their hands over the glass... pointing at each of the ingredients they wanted. A person making the dough said the employee that's was helping them would bewith us shortly. So as they proceed to ignore us waiting to order as they start making online orders as more than 5 minuteslonger after the 15 minutes we've already waited. We walked out. Yes I get that there are staffing issues. But I'm right therein your store waiting for help. Read more
Pizza was good. Not many topping options in my opinion but still good. The vegan sausage is soy based so if you?re vegan and you... don?t eat soy you?ll have to stick to all veggies. The service was good and I got my pizza fast but I was there about 1230 pmand it wasn?t busy. Read more
I come about once a week and man do these guys know service. They are always so nice and professional, as well get your pizza... out in a timely manner. Craftsmanship unlike no other pizza place in town I know. Kendrick, the general manager, is the kindestgentleman I know in the food industry. Has the warmest welcome, and the best sincerest energy every time me and my boy show up.Kudos to this place for having great management. Definitely raises and promotions should be in the conversation for Kendrick andhis staff.
