UPDATE: Received a private message and the direct number to call the concerned, but very gracious, Territory Manager, who has... worked for See's for decades. That combination of factors speaks so well for the company. After speaking with her I'm raisingthis review from 1-star to 4-stars. After I was over the anger I was feeling at the employees for how poorly their behaviorreflected on a company that so CONSISTENTLY delivers "The See's Experience" each time you walk in the door (it's amazing to methat See's, as a large organization, are able to get all employees to adhere so strictly to their model that it feels SEAMLESS);it wasn't until the model was flagrantly NOT followed that I realized how CONSISTENT they are! I wasn't looking for heads toroll, not in the least. However, I DO hope it was a learning moment for "newer-to-the-workforce" employees, that EVERY moment acustomer is in the store, the employees are part of the "See's Experience." ----------------- 12/8/21: Just spent $130 inthere, and other than one, more mature, kind lady, the rest of the ?help? needs some serious customer service training. Theproblem is the store was seriously overstaffed, and the 18?20 year olds, together, were still at an age where they are perhapsstill needing to be ?cool? in front of each other. The end result is they were laser focused on each other, versus doinganything helpful to create a positive, welcoming environment for your customers. The guy ?in charge? who might be 22, or 24,unfortunately hasn?t risen above the rest, because he let this happen. So, sadly, he tries to display his ?leadershipabilities,? by carrying himself with his chest stuck out and answering the customers questions with the ever so slight air offriendly ? yet loud, so that all the team can hear his command of the customer ? condescension. Nice clean store, great location, wonderful service. I love See's Candy so much that I don't usually think about the store; I'm... just there to pick up some chocolatey goodness. However, I do run fundraisers through our school, and this is the new locationwhere I can pick up our bulk orders. I really love the new store and how easy it is to park on the side for pick ups. Everyonehere has been helpful and friendly, and the lines move quickly. Bonus... they're also really generous with samples. Delicious!???? Read more
The shop on Hammer Lane exceeds my expectations every time. Not only are the chocolates always to die for, the service here is... wonderful. The manager is a doll and the young man that greets peoppe at the door is very kind and makes it a point to rememberrepeat customers. Read more
There aren't enough good things I could say about See's Candy. On this particular visit my husband and I were using a gift card... we had received for Valentine's day. The associate, whom I believe was Erika, was especially helpful. She provided me with analternate sample due to my allergies. We got a pre-made pound of soft centers, some molasses chips, some Apricot delights and aMayfair. The price was very reasonable and we received everything we wanted. I was disappointed to hear that the Bordeaux fudgeis a Seasonal offering only available through the Christmas holiday. The store was large and well organized. I would recommendthis location to anyone that wants to be able to take their time and not be crowded. Read more
