I love this Starbucks! I used to come here everyday. Now I just visit every now and then but I always get the best service!

Selected this location due to nearest to my home on app. Starbucks website stated lobby and drive thru open. Placed mobile order... and headed to Starbucks to get my usual. Arrived and headed to lobby to pick up my order. The doors were locked and theemployees just looked at me. I called the Starbucks location and asked if I can pick up my order. They said the lobby is closedand the only way I can pick up my order is to wait in the drive thru line or cancel my order. Keep in mind the drive thru had atleast 8 cars in line. So I asked if they can cancel my order so I can take my business to another Starbucks location and thelady told me they don?t know how to cancel orders on there end so to figure it out through the app. At the end I waited 45minutes to get my drink through the drive thru. I was walking by the area and made mobile order and they couldn't hand it to me through the door. They told me I had to go drive... thru since they couldn't attend anyone that was not in a car. ???????????????????????????? Matter of minutes they opened thedoor for walk ins but I was already in line for drive thru. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and sadly a lot of times when I go there early (they are suppose to open at 6:00am) they are... not open or you have to go through the drive through. I ordered my Mocha Frap and it was watery and the time before my hot cocowas not hot nor was it sweet. Their pastries are stale and lack freshness. There are little black tables and chairs outside oryou can dine inside (most of the time). I try and like this place but its getting harder and harder too.
