Preferential treatment of white customers. I was waiting at the register and was greeted by one barista but told they would be... right with me. After waiting for another 5 mins or so, two white people walked up to the register and a different baristastopped what she was doing and decided to take their order while ignoring me. The next customer, a white man, redirected thebarista to take my order when she attempted to take his order next. I totally expect this treatment in a suburb, but notStockton. Jazz starbucks employee was very rude I asked kindly for a small cup of coconut milk and she said she had to charge me. For a... very small amount of coconut milk mind you not even a quarter of a cup. Starbucks on Hammer Lane Stockton CA we can do waybetter. Hopefully you can provide better service next visit. Fast service but double check your orders before leaving. I ordered a white hot chocolate and got some coffee drink.... Unfortunately, I cannot drink caffeine (makes me sick) and had to throw away a $4 drink. Read more
Attempted to stop by this store at 8:20pm and found a note on the door regarding holiday hours for 12/4 of closing at 8pm... (normally they're open until 10pm)--photo taken and added for proof. A line had formed even in the drive-thru because of theconfusion it seems, trapping a few cars at the order screen. Not sure why they closed early (short staffing, etc.). I know itmentioned "holiday hours" but I looked up today and the only holiday I can find is National Dice Day for 12/4/22, nothing of anyimportance to any major faith including ones I know I'm not super familiar w/dates on like for Jewish & Muslim holidays,etc. Please be more transparent about these things! I bet the people in the drive-thru are NOT happy about being trapped in itand have worse things to say than I do. Read more
