New menu looks promising with the best sellers and classics still available. Most of the ingredients looked good except for the... lettuce. It was only mid day but the lettuce looked stale and the full/near full tray looked as bad or even worse. Staff seemedlike still getting used to the new menu, but filled the order as requested. The place is small but clean. The service is fast and good.
My experience was horrible 2 workers were there and burnt the bread on my sandwich had terrible attitudes I asked for a bag of... chips and she asked me if I wanted a meal and I replied no just the chips and proceeded to not give me the chips and walk awaythen when she was putting avocado I told her I didn?t want the whole half before she was finished cutting it and proceeded toput the whole avocado and didn?t care what I said and I asked her to take out my sandwich a little early from the toaster andproceeded to leave it in there the whole time horrible service in my opinion Read more
My visit to this location was terrible! I ordered ( through the app) a personal pizza which only comes with cheese so if you ... want let's say pepperoni you have to add it as extra, so I did. I also added jalapeno which brought the extras total to $1.Other than that I ordered 2 parfait to bring my grand total to $11.13. when I pick up, my pizza does not have pepperoni nor dothey even carry parfait. She gives me 4 cookies which are 3 for $1 . The parfait costs $1.75 and don't forget about the 50¢ forthe pep So I paid $2.25 for 4 cookies that I did not order and really didn't want. Boo?? Great customer service but the vegetables are not fresh and I had the tuna sub on friday August 17, 2018 and it made me sick... with vomiting . I dint think the tuen was fresh or out too long ir something. This is the second time I got sick from eatingthere. I thought I guve theme a second chance but it ruin the rest of my day. The most friendly service subway has offered to me! I came here with my parents (who are seniors) and we left satisfied and... happy. Store was very clean and customer service was very patient (my party were somewhat indecisive) and great! Johnny was veryhelpful with recommendations and presented a very positive attitude, all smiles. He even cheered up a kid who came in with hisfamily and made him smile by telling him to smile.
