Literally the worst taco bell. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru just to have the lights turned out when we got up to order.... Why they spent the money to remodel, I have no idea. They should bave spent that money on extra products to serve and trainingfor their staff Read more

The Taco Bell has been remodeled and it's very very nice and it has really really great staff. The food was excellent nice and... hot fresh and I've never had my nachos look this good before keep up the good work you guys are doing great. Read more

Over a 20 min drive thru wait. Not worth the service. Remodel doesn't help very low quality and slow service.

First off, I understood it was a holiday and they were understaffed. However, I?m leaving a review based off of their poor... customer service. After working various food and retail jobs, (despite absolutely hating them) I understood the first rule?Don?t argue with the customer. Even if you believe 100% that they?re in the wrong, the customer is always right?. And you wantthem to leave feeling you?ve done everything you could for them. However (HERE WE GO), soon as I pulled up it took over 3minutes for them to greet us, the lady on the com initially messed up my order ?You want 4 chalupas? ?No, 3? and then with clearattitude in her voice goes ?ahuh? through the rest of my order, DOESN'T repeat it all back, DOESN?T tell me the amount, and thenDOESN'T give me a receipt so I can verify they even got it right. They forgot an item, so my boyfriend got down to talk to them.They wouldn?t open the door (apparently they had a closed lobby but there was no signage to say so) so I called and no answer.We pulled back into the drive thru to ask for a receipt and the lady that took our order starts acting like we?re trying toswindle her, pointing at the screen with her nails that were wayyy too long to be sanitary around food, receipts askew over thewhole counter, going ?Oh yes I remember THAT order, 307 right THERE they only ordered 1 Gordita? first off, NO I didn?t. Youmisunderstood. All you had to do was apologize, say you only charged us for 1, and ask if we wanted to order another. I wasn?tgoing to argue with the lady whom obviously didn?t want to be there and SHOULDN?T be working in food service to begin withbecause her respect and courtesy sucks. At the end of the day, we just wanted to know if we were charged for what we got. Read more

Normally this place is a solid establishment. We placed our order which was firstly placed incorrectly because of the lady... taking our order had a major attitude which solely alone will be me not coming back. It was around 4:57 pm and i was ordernumber 307 ( yes I took note of that) why? Because I did not get a receipt with my order and when I asked for one the lady whohad taken my order got extremely defensive and was verbally arguing with us. The older lady who I assume is the manager and wastrying her best. In all honesty I dont think it was anything to do with the manager or the other woman who was there at thistime on may 30th 2020 at 4:57 pm order number 307. If i had to lead the lady who took my order I would have a better chance ofgetting a screen door to float. Literally waited 5 minutes for the order to even be taken. Also your monitor is broken badly andneeds replaced. Alot needs to be done to this location. Overall looks like an eyesore. Read more

This location is awful, especially the night crew. I don't know what they're doing but it certainly isn't their jobs. They have... lines 10+ cars long and there'll be someone sitting in the order spot for mintues and minutes, with no one in front of them andno one coming out the other side. This last time was it for me, I'll spend the extra time and gas going to the Lodi location.They know how to do their jobs and they have manners. Read more
