We went after work. The place had customers inside, but the place was not clean. The floor was sticky and looked like it had not... been mopped in a few days. The yogurt trays had drippings. Understandable, but excessive. The toppings bar was unkept and neededwiping down. The young man working was not attentive until After he put on his gloves..Then I got a " is anyone else gettinganything"? Nice neighborhood spot but they have to do better. Read more
Great place for frozen yogurt. I love that there are different flavors as well as a variety of toppings. The staff do a good job... of keeping everything clean and organized. They're always very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for the great service! Read more
Nicely told them one of their flavors was out. An employee came to check it verified it was out. Then went into conversation... with another employee of how people like to just complain about it being out right in front of me & still didn?t change. Veryrude horrible customer service! It was late and driving through the city so I decided to get yogurt to deal with traffic. I came here based on Google reviews... and I got there following the directions given and I got there with no problem. Parking is not an issue since there's plenty ofparking which is great but I can see this being super packed in the summer and competing for a close spot near the stores thatare located right next to the yogurt shop. On this occasion, I came into an empty store with no cashier or employee present inthe front so I went in and put on hand sanitizer and gloves that are provided by the store and placed right next to the yogurtcups. Once I was done a young lady came out after 20 something minutes and was polite but was not friendly as I noticed she keptlooking at me up and down as if I was suspicious. I decided to overlook that and sat in my car to taste the yogurt and I waseven more disappointed at the fact that it was not good at all. The yogurt tasted so superficial and not natural so I decidedto throw it away. If you're willing to drive across the street I would recommend going to tutti frutti instead since theirstastes more fresh, light and natural with a lot more flavors provided. Yogurtland had at most 4 flavors and a couple machinesdown so j would for sure pass this over. The 2 stars are for their late hours and that's about it. Read more
It's good, this is my second time there. Both times there were a lot of non working machines, so there is less flavor... selection. Also, the both times I've gotten liquid in my bowl because the ice cream didn't set up. Read more
I only deducted a star because of a couple minor issues. There were no standard flavors save for plain and they dont have any... lids for the cups. Other than that it was very nice. Well cleaned, friendly helpful staff and in a great location. Read more
Tried the new White Chocolate Raspberry and Hershey's Peanut butter cup. With Mochi and chocolate bits. Very tasty. Yum. You... can taste the raspberry in the white chocolate. Wanted to try the Drinkable cold brew coffee frappe but the machine was down. Read more
