I am so tired of getting subpar food here. They always get the order wrong. The.only good thing about Sonic is their fountain... drinks and unless you get them 1/2 price they are bot worth it. The only good thing I can say is the carhops are nice. Read more
They don't listen to the customer not wanting Tomatoes, Mayo ect.. had to have them remake a couple of sandwiches then they... demanded back the messed up ones. Didn't get our order correct, yet again. Perhaps it was due to all of the kids hanging out in the parking lot. The really sad... thing is they didn't even have a toy for our child's kids meal. We were told that they were out. Hamburger, yet again, has thehard crust all the way around, so you can tell they have been sitting for awhile, plus they taste awful. When you order, beprepared to answer, "Is that it?" about 10 times. It's just to bad there's not any adult to supervise the teenagers. Read more
Today was the madest i have ever been at this place. I went to get an oreo blast and cup of ice.(I love their ice) I know it's... not that big of an order but it's all I wanted. It's cold outside but I knew once I got home it would be the greatest treat tomyself. I put my spoon in and stirred it and there was not one piece of cookie in that whole cup of gritty vanilla ice cream andonly like 3 chunks of cookie on top. I went to the "feedback" website but it doesn't recognize 4033 as a store number so gotnowhere. I was NOT happy at all. Thinking of boycotting for a while since it would not be nice to do what I really wanted to do.What can you expect with kids running it. Read more
