Just had my first fisit today. Very dissapointed to say the least. The stockton market usually has good vendors(although... rotating), and i had someone reccomend a visit. First of all the dumplings are frozen, taken out of a bag, and then put on aflat top. I gladly took my pork dumpling order and left, awaiting dissapointment. Was not surprised. The casing wasnt fresh ordoughy, it tasted like flour and noodle. The flour was still very apparent on the dupling itself. The inside was mushy and kindof flavorless. The dupling sauce was a saving grace of the dumpling itself, but wasnt very good(tasted like kikkomon storebought). Overall would not reccomend or revisit. Just my opinion. Read more
I was really looking forward to trying Dtown Dumplings for the first time today, but ended up disappointed. They had a more... limited menu than what their website lists. I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp dumplings. What I received was a well garnished servingof 6 dumplings that weren't throughly cooked. The dumpling wrapper was mushy (see photo) and the filling was watery. I am notthe type to ask for food to be remade but I seriously considered it with these dumplings. They were $11. Read more

Excellent Asian style dumplings and European style pierogis, inside the Stockton Farmers Market. We bought them frozen and... cooked them at home. Flavorful, perfectly made, and filling. Would definitely recommend! Read more
Delicious and fresh! My only regret is not eating more dumplings. They were sooo good!!
