The South Jersey shore has always had a real problem: visitors either pay through the nose for subpar food they would never even... consider eating at home or they have to spend a small fortune just to feed themselves and their family a decent meal that theyusually would get at home at fair market value. Simply put, visitors are at the mercy of South Jersey restaurants. And that iswhat sets Marabella's apart from its surroundings: they serve incredibly delicious food that any visitor could afford to feedtheir family. Marabella's is as great as some of the best Italian restaurants in Philly or NY, but they have the added benefitof being situated in the high-end South Jersey town of Stone Harbor while never exploiting their guests to cram a year's worthof profits into one summer season. Marabella's is above just serving you microwaved pasta with jarred tomatoes at a 1000%right-up to hold them over a cold winter. No, they wouldn't do that to their guests at the shore anymore than they would do itregardless of where their restaurant is physically located. It's abundantly clear that Marabella's appreciates quality food andwelcomes their guests to enjoy it as they would their own family, and, yeah, of course, the guests need to pay the check all thesame. However, when the check arrives, the guest acknowledges that they had a great meal and for a fair price at the SouthJersey Shore points, and that is a rare occasion that some might not believe. But, make no mistake, any visitor that decides totake this leap of faith will be rewarded in kind: it's true; it's possible; and it will make you a believer that you and yourfamily can enjoy a phenomenal meal while visiting "the shore" and not need to take out a loan to cover the costs. And, about thefood, it seems rather bland to recommend mozzarella sticks, but when they are homemade as they are at Marabella's, trust me, youwill carry the good news of eating it up the coast. And what's apparent about all of Marabella' Read more

Didn't have their crab cakes. Saying they weren't available. I believe it was due to market price but it was still on my red... snapper fish. So i think price was too high for them to offer. Prices were high but fair inctodays market. We had a new serverwho didn't offer the specials. (Over heard them later being given to another table from an experienced server) food was reallygood. Snapper maybe a little dry but steak was good considering it wasn't a steak house. Read more

Service here was awesome! (Ask for Adele). Food was traditional Italian, nothing incredible but still tasty. I had the linguine... with scallops. Main entre comes with a salad as well. Had a big group and they easily accommodated for us (just make sure tocall about an hour ahead). Read more
