Usually have a great service. This time I ordered the coco craze and there was no coconut, granola, mango, or pineapple on the... bowl.. just coconut base with blueberries and kiwi. The coconut base tastes like milk, no coconut flavor as well. Read more
Great bowls, poor customer service. My wife and her friend really like the bowls here. The reason for the 2 star review is... because there was a mistake on THEIR website that sent my wife?s order to the wrong location and when I tried calling multipletimes to fix it, I got no answer. So we were still charged for the order and never got it. I sent a message on their websitedetailing what happened, requesting a refund. That was several days ago, but have heard nothing. I know they are a busy spot soholding out some hope they will get back to me and make this right. If they do I?ll be happy to amend this review. Read more

Love this place for super refreshing smoothie bowls and smoothies! I love getting the Açaí bowls and the Harbor... Smoothie! Everything always tastes very fresh and I love the vibe inside! Sometimes there?s a long line but they?re pretty quickand the staff is super helpful and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they?re a little pricey, but everythingelse is great! Playa Bowls is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Stone Harbor. The staff is friendly & efficient. These people know... how to work hard because that place has a line out the door at all times (except late afternoon). Do not be discouraged! Theywork fast and it is absolutely worth the wait! Do not let the price point discourage you, you get all the bang for your buck andthen some! The bowls are the definition of summer delight - bursting with refreshing flavors. They bring in ripe quality fruitsthat they pack into every bowl. I love that you can get half-and-half on the base without an up-charge. My go to bowls are theNica and the Tide (1/2 green). Both will not disappoint! I also had one of the most popular menu items the Electric Mermaid. Thepitaya looks beautiful, but it?s not flavorful. I?d pass it switch up the bases. My favorite order is: banana, green, coconut,açaí, and pitaya. I recommend visiting here multiple times and trying different bowls. All of them have left me excited to goback again and again!
