This was not a good experience. The front of the house service was not up to speed from the beginning of the experience. We came... at opening and the hosts were not helpful or engaging at helping us find the right table in a sea of empty tables. Food qualityvery good. A suggestion for servers. Inquire on allergies. Also, make sure all ingredients that are in a dish are listed in menudescription. For the price, underwhelming. Read more

Last minute Sunday night dinner timed perfectly right at sunset...and yet they were still able to fit us in, despite it being... weekend before Labor Day...it was somewhat crowded, yet they still gave us a glorious table directly on the water...Lucy, ourwaitress, immediately came to our table and explained how their menu worked, and then she proceeded to orchestrate 4 courses,with drinks and wines, each timed and paired perfectly...she even timed our take-out order to arrive just as we completed dinner(which our daughter devoured on the drive home, after we picked her up from the beach). Lucy was handling several tables, butyou couldn't tell that from the quality of her service or attentiveness...it might be considered a tad pricey by some shore areastandards, but we felt it was definitely worth it considering the view, service, drink and food quality. Came here for lunch and had the best time!! We went on a Wednesday around noon and there was no wait, but I hear on the... weekends, it gets pretty packed. Our waitress (Meredith) was SO friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. While it is on the pricierside, it was 100% worth it. We ordered food for 8 people and it came out in great time (probably no more than half an hour).Vegetarian options!!? I had the house made veggie burger and it was to die for???? Our favorite restaurants in Stone Harbor at The Reed's! Amazing staff, fresh & delicious food, great tasting drinks, & very... pleasing atmosphere! The dock hands are very friendly & accommodating. They are always there to assist with docking of yourvessel. Be sure to tip them as well! A must go to if you're in Stone Harbor. Try the rib eye steak sandwich! Like yum! Food was tremendous. View spectacular. Service mixed bag. We had a great meal but make sure to really clarify that you want your... appetizer FIRST. And the MAIN COURSE. Tell them to Wait for your main. Somehow everything came at once. (Except my wife?s) so Isent my main back only to watch it sit on the outdoor kitchen shelf.
