I used to live in the neighborhood and was passing through. Needless to say I will not be stopping here again. The kid behind... the counter needs to be taught that his job is to service customers not decide who he would like to give proper service to basedoff how they look. He very obviously had micro aggressions towards me and my bonnet and natural face, and thought I was a younggirl when I'm actually probably old enough to be his mother. He was serving everyone around me combo meals. Would hand someonewho came in after me a bag and then stare at me, and made me wait 20 minutes for 6 wings and would not ask about my order untilthe lobby was cleared, and then acted like I did something to him because I POLITELY asked about the food that I paid for, as Iam never rude to fast food workers especially since c19. The staff was very unpleasant. No hospitality at all. Myself and other customers asked for the food to be a specific way for... example "All Flats" the young lady says you can't have all flats with a attitude instead of "I'm sorry we no longer can alterthe portions of meat" no explanation or nothing just telling people no. This place must be under new management or ownership. They used to be so much better. I actually give it zero stars. The food... is not great, the place is not clean and the staff refuses to alter your order. I have never been to a wing spot that won'tallow me to get all flats. They even closed the drive thru, so that means you have to go inside that filthy place. Additionally, they have increased prices for inadequate food. My last order of wings tasted like they had been cooked in amicrowave. If you are looking for a quality meal, please don't waste your time going to this location. Read more
Received my Uber eats order and my food was a incorrect. I paid for all up charges. I have called the store several times to see... if they would honor my order as I requested it to ensure I don?t waste my gas. No answer. Not the best experience to say theleast. Read more
I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I called at 8:15 to ask if they were open and what time they were closing. The young lady... told me they close at 8:45. I ask her if they are still taking orders since they are closing soon and she says yes, thenproceeds to take my order. I get to the restaurant at 8:33. I walk in and they tell me they are closed. I informed them that Iwas picking up a call in order and gave my name. The young lady tells me that since it was not a DoorDash pick up, they couldnot process my order because they already closed the register. I had to just walk out before I got out character because WHYtake my order in the first place??? Read more
0 stars. The black girl inside is rude and was using profanity. The guy taking the orders was nice, but the service is beyond... slow. The drive-through order box does not work so you have to order at the window and they make everybody pull forward and waitan ungodly amount of time to get their food. The parking lot is too crowded for that and the food should not take that long. Ionly ordered a salad and I ended up going back inside after over a 20 minute wait to get my money back. Salad was just comingout, told them to keep it. Read more
If doing a call in just know they don't cook the food till you get there and pay it defeating the purpose of call in
