I just don?t understand how the most simplest thing is what you can mess up on, like I ordered through the drive through and... ordered a impossible whopper meal which was $10.68 im so glad I checked my food before I got home because my entire order wascold I mean and fries and burger. When I went to take the meal back up there I told the manager and he cooked me new fries, nowI thought there is no way you can mess this up twice so im sitting waiting on my fries and I watched the manager dump the freshfries on top of old fries like what is really going on here then proceeds to scoop the same old fries that are now mixed in withthe fresh fries (unseasoned might I add) in a fries holder. I ordered cokes with my meals. What in the world did BK give me? No cokes when I got home, some kind of blue colored water in... one order and root beer mixed with something ??? in the 2nd drink. At least they could have said, "We're out coke. Would youlike another drink?" Read more
OMG, they closed in the middle of a long line because they were short staffed! We were waiting for a while and they were not... communicating what is going! After we all got off our cars and and asked! they said the will not serve for an hour and halfbecause they are short staffed! What is it with @Burger Kings in Atlanta!!! The chain customer service has been consistentlydisappointing!!! The only reason that I go there because my father and I liked their burger! Waited 34 min. And still waiting for a simple burger, I get quicker service at a restaurant that actually cooks fresh from... scratch.. just sad, and it doesn't make sense.. why? I had at the best experience, while I was on vacation I stopped in at this Burger King and Let me tell you the GM was so nice,... she made sure our large order was correct. I think she heard my little ones in the back seat of my car. All my order wasfulfilled correctly the first time with all that was going on. we enjoyed our breakfast. Well Done. Read more
The woman working drive thru at 5:48 p.m. has a very nasty attitude and mouth. Nobody deserves to be talked to in the manner she... was! This is disgusting what we have come to with fast food. Customer service is no longer a thing anymore apparently. If Icould give 0 I definitely would!!! Read more
