Service is a 3 because it's packed but really everything is actually okay, just otherwise vey busy at certain times. Atmosphere... is not a issue either, just it's on a very busy intersection so not a problem, plus the food is always hot and ice cream doeswork, plus they are always always open. Read more
Long line that moved faster than Chick Filas with all my special orders made just as I ordered them served hot and fresh with no... problems and courteous service. 5 star service, 5 star product. They let me order something online despite the place did not offer it. Luckily, I added something else just in case the other... items did not fill me up. Was picking up an uber eats order. Our receipt clearly stated strawberry milkshake. We was picking up a customer's uber eats order and when I told one of the workers that the drink was wrong that it was supposed... to be a small strawberry shake they rudely told me to look at the receipt and rudely closed door in my face and walked away! Ilooked at receipt it just says strawberry sm but on our uber eats app it clearly said small strawberry milkshake. So weapologize to customer and told them what happened. Read more
I have frequented this checkers several times and it doesn?t matter whether I?m person or DoorDash they always have a lack... responsibility about their job? they will give u anything or substitute anything for what they don?t have instead of firewarning and the manager is well aware of this.. they will run your transaction on your card knowing they have run out ofeverything from cheese to fries to shakes to burgers! They are very unprofessional and and out of order.. I guess this is howthey do people in black neighborhoods.. they just don?t care how the service is!! Read more
UPDATE*** 11/27/22? I?m missing two items I purchased for delivery and no one will answer the phone. I took one bite of the... sandwich and almost gagged. I?m not sure what happened to this place but definitely find somewhere else to eat if you don?t wantfood poisoning. Only good thing they have at this point are the fries.
