I placed my order via the mobile app as I expected in an effort to cut time as it should be convenient. I arrived my order was... ready and I checked it, the items were incorrect. I request and PURCHASED all flats ( willingly paying the additional $5 with noproblem). I was greeted by a male cook that work to correct my order whom was apologetic and friendly. The manager asked me whatwas wrong in an attempt to correct my order. Being that I am pushed for time (which is why I placed the order via THE APP FORCONVENIENCE I requested to just get the $5 plus tax back to keep it my day moving. She stated that she couldn?t because I paidonline. Now currently I am waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes for food that should have been correct when I purchase it 30minutes prior. I also request that I get ?fresh fries? because I have to WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 minutes for food that should havebeen done again 30 minutes prior since I purchase it in the app. The manager slick back bun and mole (the only identifiablemarkers I can remember as I could not get her name) denied my request. ?There is nothing wrong with the fries? she stated. Nonot currently but they will be cold after I wait an additional minutes for my food. I requested a refund for the full amountas her customer services is below sub par and she denied AGAIN as it was an ?online order?. People with ZERO customer serviceskills should seek employee employment where they do not have to deal with the general public. FURTHERMORE MORE SHE STARED THATSHE WANTED RO MAKE SURE THAT I DIDNT GET FREE FOOD WHEN THWY WERE IN THE WRONG TO BEGIN WITH. ZERO STARS! None! Read more

Food was very salty, fatty, and oily. You could hardly taste the flavor because of how over powering the salt was. I must say... that the sprite was top tier. Keep in mind that was the only thing they didn?t prepare. Sprite: 10/10 food and service: 2/10 Read more

This wingstop isn?t bad.It?s Good Customer service but I don?t understand how they get simple things wrong. The 1st time I... didn?t trip but this time come on; i know you can do better then this. I ordered a 10pc boneless with 2 flavors, extra crispy &&honey mustard. By the time I got the food and Got home I realized the lady gave me 9 boneless wings && didn?t even use the 2flavors.
