If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered over the phone and we only got 12 tacos out of 16. Buenos son para... cobrar pero no para hacer su trabajo bien. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I?ve never been to a restaurant that refused to sell you anything. We always order a taco tray from... this location, they used to give it to you with three cups of their different salsas. Apparently that?s changed and they giveyou ONE bottle ofalsa of your choice, cool. But that?s so much and like I said we get the trays a lot so the bottles pile up athome. So we always ask if we can just substitute the bottle for the 3 small cups instead. It?s the attitude for me every singletime. We kindly ask and in return they?re rude. Really? We?re very loyal customers and expect kindness in return. I get ityou?re trying to sell your bottles but we?re not asking for anything for free. We?ve stated we would buy the cup of salsa andtheir response is ?we don?t do that?. Huh? The cups are literally in the fridge behind you. ?Yeah but we don?t sell them?What?! Please make it make sense. I honestly don?t understand why the need to argue is buying something from you and giving youbusiness. After having eaten at places like el patron & chavas I gotta put this place up there with them, I get the al pastor w everything... & I?m so surprised w how good they are! I ordered a 3 taco dinner from Uber eats. Im not too far i'm by 25th ave/north ave. I'd like to start this review by saying the... Barbacoa is amazing here, very moist and good flavor. Also, please Dine-in , do not have this delivered because the best way toenjoy food is when its fresh and warm. The tacos got here pretty quickly. Unfortunately the tacos were so cold like they havebeen sitting for a while so the tortilla was a bit hard to chew, the asada was tasteless because of how not fresh it was. Itcould be easily fixed if they were to wrap their to-go tacos in aluminum foil to keep warmth. Would definitely go back for theBarbacoa , for dine-in only. Read more
