Great staff, but my coffee tasted burnt. I didn't bother to have them fix it, which I'm sure they would have without an issue.

Three separate occasions to get coffee- all hot coffees tasted burnt and undrinkable. I reached out to Dunkin who contacted... store manager- took three days for management to get back to me. All she said was sorry and would check to make sure protocolwas followed. I alerted corporate to her response and nothing, not even a free cup of coffee or offer to come back and try themout. Staff has been really rude for no reason. I’m going to assume there was a bad experience with someone who came in before me... but they acted like I was stupid for asking a straightforward question about a drink. Staff will hold up the line havingextended conversations with people who have already completed their orders. I really don’t care if people wanna talk,doesn’t bother me, just maybe take the order of the next person while talking so we aren’t all late to work. I used to comehere on the way to work for the convenience, but I’m just going to wait until I get to Kingston now and go to the Starbucks. Idon’t feel comfortable coming back here. Read more
