If you're looking for an Dunkin donuts with consistently long wait lines, disinterested staff members and inaccurate orders,... this is the dunks for you! I started frequenting this dunks about 2 years ago when I moved to the area and boy oh boy has itbeen a steady slope of disappointment visit after visit. When my partner and I started visiting this dunks, the most redeemingquality was the staff; they were kind and pleasant and always struck up a conversation whenever we got to the window. It wasthe silver lining to our orders being incorrect 50% of the time. We don't have complicated drinks; a large iced coffee withcream, sugar and shot and I used to get a dunkacino (RIP). Consistently, I would find myself sipping a hot chocolate or apeppermint hot chocolate or whatever they decided to put in the cup that day. It would happen with food too. Got to the pointwhere I was weary even order knowing there was a slim chance I'd actually end up getting what I was craving. Eventually, Istopped ordering from there completely, but my partner would still go because it's a 2 min drive from our house. Today was thelast straw. Against my best judgment, I decided to give them another try, it's been about 6 months, maybe they got their ishtogether and this time will be different. WRONG. Ill try a chai, she said. I've never tried one from dunks and that's apretty simple drink, she said. Big ol NOPE. My partner came home with a GD matcha to my unpleasant surprise. He also told methe employee morale has gone down significantly, and the guy on the speaker box answered him like he woke him up at 2am toanswer a unexpected phone call. IDK - I'm not one to blame employees, I know in retail you're overworked and underpaid, so Idon't blame them. This dunks needs a serious overhaul in their operations. Ok rant over. Read more
GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN. They lock their doors you can only go in drive through so if you order ahead it doesn?t matter because you... have to wait in the long drive through line. AWFUL Read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin? I?ve ever met. 1. On 10/09, Can take order online, when arrive at normal business hours 6 pm, they... are closed, both drive through and in store. 2. On 10/16, took us forever to wait in drive through line, thats ok, took usforever to wait in food pickup window, I assume its ok too if its been preparing, then they gave me wrong items and definitelycold cold breakfast, funny. the staff really don?t care about their jobs. i know that working at dunks must be horrible but at least put in some effort.

I placed an order through their ap....got there and the doors were locked and drive thru closed, it was 4:30 . Supposedly open... til 7? I called the location...no answer. I went there the next day and was told there was no manager there to help me.Contacted corporate and they were very responsive and helpful. This location is so very poorly run.
