There were six people working yet only one person in the front of the store. The other five guys (pun intended) were in the back... goofing around as evidenced by the loud screech of young voices. To my dismay, that group included a manager. As a managermyself, I can tell you that this person was fit for anything but that role. A methodone clinic perhaps. That said I ordered abacon cheeseburger, but got a junior and didn't notice until I got home. Obviously it was a mistake but one that could haveeasily been prevented if things were taken seriously there. Read more

Was greeted with a super friendly guy named Matthew S. Bacon cheeseburgers with everything minus the grilled onions,we both... shared a regular fry. 2 drinks. $32 A steal and delish,! Busy and this team got it done. Like a boss ???? Great system going on.Great job guys?? Read more
5 guys used to be so great now the last couple orders for take out from the Stoneham location have been so disappointing. Half... the order is always wrong and the burgers are just blah. I miss the days of delishness when ordering my heart attack burger wasworth every bite of guilt. Just got home with tonight's order and again the order is completely incorrect and the burger is drylike it has been hanging out all afternoon. One bacon cheeseburger was just supposed to be as simple as just ketchup. For allyou parents, I am sure you can imagine the melt down that follows when a kids cheeseburger has onions instead of bacon...and noketchup...???? Read more
Screwed up my hole order, i didn't want ketchup or onions on my double bacon cheese burger and wanted a small cajun frie and... didn't get that. The quality of the food was what I wanted. I sure wished i had those Cajun fries! Read more

I ordered a cheeseburger and veggie sandwich with cheese for pick up at 5:45 pm. We get there at 5:45 pm, wait for 20 minutes... because our food isn?t ready, then we get our food. The veggie sandwich doesn?t have cheese on it, so we ask for cheese. 10minutes later we get the veggie sandwich and there?s two burger patties on them. I ask why there?s hamburger on my veggiesandwich and if they can remake it and the woman I?m speaking with doesn?t understand the problem and has to call the managerover. I tell the manager the problem and he goes to remake my sandwich. Another 10 minutes later, I get my veggie sandwich andit?s cold and the mushrooms and onions are not fully cooked. I usually like Five Guys but this experience alone is enough to notmake me come back or recommend it to anyone. I?m very disappointed in this experience and my food. Read more
