They ran out of bread at dinner time just now with 10 customers standing in line.... ran out of bread .... it's subway....

Good grief. Whoever the manager is , pls get it together. Two new girls working through the dinner rush with one gal that knew... what she was doing. What should have taken five minutes took twenty. If service is going to be that slow ,that your food iscold, there should be a discount. And then handling money then handling food. I am pretty patient with new young staff but thiswas bad. Read more
This one in stonewall is apparently not safe and you can get sick, my aunty used to work there and the vegetables after being... cut are only supposed to be left out for 48-72 hours anymore and you have to throw them out. My aunt showed up for work one dayand the vegetables were covered in a whole bunch of food, so she was about to throw them out like she's supposed to. Just beforeshe threw them out her boss walked in and yelled at her to put the food back in the slot for the vegetables and she doesn't careif there moldy just serve them to the customers or pick the moldy ones out, so she picked them out. But that doesn't erase thefact that her boss was about to serve moldy food to customers. Read more
Needed to grab something for the road. Stopped in because it's usally quick. I get people can be short tempered and loose... patents. We all have bad days. Never understood why something as simple as ordering a sub could be so stressful! Even when staffis doing there best. Customers should give the respect and not be little the server just to make them selves feel better.... Soto all the people working in the service industry. I appreciate you! Ordered a steak in a wrap turns out like I just ate a wrap. I can?t even feel the meat and the veggies i asked to put in only... the sauce and wrap I taste. I was really disappointed knowing that they always served good. Read more
