Very clean, orderly location, even before COVID. With some issues unfortunately. I went here on a few occasions and the last... time I was denied the use of using more than one coupon. It seems like this happens purely at the discretion of the persontaking your order because sometimes multiple coupons are accepted and other times they aren't. The one coupon per customer limitis extremely irritating, not to mention makes no sense. Burger King - and every franchise location in turn that does this - islimiting the potential of how much a customer spends. I could literally bring multiple people with me, hand them whatever i'musing to pay with, plus another coupon, and there you have it. Same result. It's similar to the nonsense that goes on atMichael's, the arts and crafts store. They have basically the same policy for coupons. Bring a friend, perhaps a couple? Thencoupon away to your heart's content. It's actually quite funny. If someone uses multiple coupons, it's.... err? Probably becausethey're purchasing a lot of food. The coupon limit can have an easy workaround by simply bringing more people with you. This isas much of a review of this location as it is Burger King as a corporate entity. In fact it's what I did once. Denied the use of2 coupons and promptly told the other person in the car to come in and use it along with my Debit card really quick. The worst customer service experience ever in my life. The name of staff was Abhishek. He did not honour burgerking.ca... coupon. When I show them, he argued that I did not signed in. After I show him that I signed in, then he changed argument andchanged argument that I need to download app. Unless I download app show code to puch in cash register, I do not get the deal.If there is technically glitch in between official burgerking website and app, that is not customer's problems. No matter whatthey must honour the deal on their own official Canadian website, but this location is not. I already filed the complain, but Iwant to share this here, so other customers does not go though harassment that I have experienced today. Read more
So I just order food first I'm upset and decided to write this review because they had the nerve after I spent $16.00 on a combo... to tell me I have to pay extra for a zesty sauce to dip my fries and burger in. Then I went to eat my fries with no sauce andOMG the amount of salt on them is just disgusting. I usually order onion rings but this can not be right. Probably the worst customer service ever. Went through the drive through, they gave the wrong order for both the drink and the... sandwich and when we came back they went into absolute shock and refused to talk to us and shut the window and she told me?you?re most welcome to never come here again?. One of the hidden spots and didn't expect to get the lunch menu in AM but they offered the best Whopper I ever had! Better pit... stops than other stops, and server was very generous to offer the valued package without being asked! Very clean and nicecrew! Thank you! Read more
I had come for lunch and ordered a combo. After I got my food, i asked for my drink to which they replied that I had only... ordered the food and no drink. I repeated that I paid for a drink with my combo to which they denied with attitude. I eventuallygave up because I had water in the car.
