My wife and I had an amazing wedding at The Edgewater Manor. Dealing with Peter was easy and he was a pleasant manager to deal... with. The staff was very accommodating and the venue was an excellent location to get married at. Ceremony and reception wasspectacular and everything went off without any complications. As far as the food and dining experience, it was impeccable. Wecould not of asked for anything better, The selection and taste was beyond compare. All our guests who attended had nothingbut compliments for the service, wine and food quality. The chef at Edgewater Manor knows how to prepare steak, fish andchicken. His appetizers were fantastic and the Edgewater salad was to die for. If you are seeking a venue that can accommodatevegan of vegetarian than the Edgewater is your 1st choice in making these arrangements for a wedding or dining experience. Edgewater Manor is the most stunning venue in the GTA! If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! We had our Wedding here... at the end of August where ourselves and our guests were in awe of this one of a kind property! Bastiaan and his Team executedthe event exactly as planned, being a constant support answering hundreds of our questions promptly and professionally. Theirfood and service is second to none (another praise from all our our guests), with a wide selection of options and the ability tocustomize the menu to fit your vison. The orders of our guests were taken at the table, which our guests commented on theimpressiveness on the a la carte service for over 100 people. Wow! The view from the patio is spectacular, the food is divine, the service is amazing! My husband and I had a great time! It... was was first time there and we were not disappointed. This place was absolutely stunning, it was right on the water and had the feel of an old castle on the inside. It is one of the... nicer places for upscaling dining in Hamilton area and they have a huge variety of different wine options. We attended for aspecial occasion and it was delicious. Featured in the photos are the ossobuco, the scallop risotto, cheesecake and crab cakes.Not featured in the photos are the butterfly shrimp, which were AMAZING and some of the best shrimp we had ever had.
