They need to update there online hours it says it closes at 8pm I get there at 7:30pm and they are already closed and the sign... on the door says it closes at 9pm .. Never gonna see my business again Read more
Horrible location. Sign says they are open until 9pm on a Sunday and online says open till 8. Show up at 7:30.. lights are off... and it?s closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Why even post hours and not stick to it. What kind of circusbusiness are you running here? Will definitely be spending my money elsewhere. Garbage. Read more

Purchased a salad with protein in it and dressing on the side. When it was made, the person put 2 pieces of chicken that were... very small and the dressing was put on the salad. The ingredients that were on my salad were very old and browning and not freshat all. The broccoli was starting to turn brown and made my stomach very upset. Trying to get into contact with the store to getthis salad remade if possible but no one picks up the phone.. Maybe i just got the short end of the stick and got stuck with allthe gross veggies/lettuce and i understand stuff happens but this salad was a 2/10. Read more
Stoney Creek, Fiesta mall location of Freshii. It's been just over 3years since going to this location as my previous poor... experience with lack of protein additions (meat!) A little background here, I previously only contacted Freshii directly tovoice my concerns about this particular location. As I travel to Quebec quite often I get to try various other locations ofFreshii. Hence my review here, after 3 years+ not trying anything from this location in Stoney Creek and after informing FreshiiCorporate directly....this location still likes to rip off the consumer!! I paid an extra $3.90 for chicken and you know what Igot...3 chunks and maybe 3 to 4 scrap size pieces for my $3.90 extra. Nothing has changed in 3 years at this location, whoeverowns this franchise is just looking for the quick buck and cares nothing about YOU! I will never be back again, even though Ilove other locations who offer a fair bang for the 'expensive ' buck as charged for meals. Truly disappointed.... Read more
