Went in with my family for dinner and the food was brutal to be honest :( I support local and definitely speak out about... positive experiences also (several have been w Kelsey’s in the past) but the last couple times we have been have beenawful We were there at 9-10pm on a sat night and it was a ghost town. Our family of 4 and another couple. - a ton of staff andliterally 6 customers…Paid $120 for food we left mainly untouched. (Trying to leave a pic!) Literally NO flavouranywhere… What a waste…. Sat down for a meal with my husband on 11/12/2022. Staff was great! Everyone was helpful, quick, and efficient. The problem was... the food. We ordered the Cajun shrimp which just tasted like deep fried salt. For our main we ordered the Nashville chickensandwich and the balsamic chicken. Everything tasted like pure salt. I'm now sitting at home with a severe stomach ache andcan't leave my bed or else I'm in tears. Most likely, will not be back. Read more

Decent spot for a meal if you're looking for a solid meal in the area. The prices are really reasonable compared to Toronto... restaurants. Despite knowing that their burgers and steak are probably the better options here, I went with the shrimp pastabecause I didn't want such a heavy meal. Unfortunately (and expectedly) it tasted mediocre. The shrimps were small andovercooked, and the pasta was overwhelmed by the BBQ sauce. The root beer float was enjoyable, though it's probably because ittasted exactly like it should. Also, I know we were a big group, but our orders and final bills were messed up pretty much allthe way through the night. Read more

Kelseys experience is average from location to location. This beautiful looking sandwich was not as good as first thought. It... was very greasy. The Caesar salad has large root pieces in it. I didn’t take photos of the burgers but they were nothingspecial. I’d say it’s a hit and miss on occasion. They are not good with gluten free awareness. Read more

Manager Scott and our server Megan were fantastic. Completely made up for a previously negative experience. We were taken care... of. Food was delicious as always. Can't wait to go back! See you soon! Read more

Standard Kesleys experience. Flavours were ok. Nothing new. The half rib was decent The plating of one of the meals was below... par though. Napkin in sause, mashed potatoes contesting for space with gravy bowl. Read more

This kelsey’s is usually my go-to for takeout, but will probably start trying other places after I found a hair in my salad..... I get that takeout doesn’t meet dine in standards but I mean this is next level. I’m blonde, this hair was black. Read more

Our waitress was courteous and helpful. My orders were average. The steak is a small cut. The fries were ok as was the mac and... cheese appetizer. My girlfriend didn't think her Thai curry rice contained well cooked broccoli but the waitress was more thanhappy to replace it and the replacement was fast and addressed her concerns. My issue with this Kelsey is that they don't seemorganized with basic necessities. Our table didn't even have utensils like a knife and fork. We had to ask for that and anotherserver (looked like a floor manager) provided it but didn't even apologize. If she was the manager, that is her responsibility. We also needed to ask for sugar when the coffee arrived along with salt and pepper. These kind of things should not need to berequested at a restaurant. There seems to be problems with management's understanding of how to run a restaurantprofessionally, efficiently. Maybe just graduated from food and hospitality last month. Read more
