Very rude staffs. Came in with family and their closing time is 10pm and I am in at 9pm and they order me to leave with family... as their store is closed. If that's the case change working hours to 9pm instead of 10pm as the staffs I feel are in a rush tohead back home rather than serving guests. Very bad experience and customer interaction. I placed an order & included their free promo of a small popcorn which we didn't get! Also, they didn't have the drinks that... were ordered & we had to make a decision of what to get including for 1 person who wasn't with us. Should've let us know beforewe went to pick up the order! Seems that everytime we use this KFC there's a problem with our order, I'd forgotten until nowthat that's why we haven't placed an order for at least a year! Read more

They don't deserve ONE star. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes, just to be told a coupon could not be used unless I order... on line. No where on the coupon does it say that. The family really wanted KFC so I order a bucket, fries and gravy. Yet againwe do not have gravy .......NO GRAVY!!!!!!!! Customer service, they don't have. Gravy, they don't have. Coupons, you can'tuse. REALLY, someone from H.O. needs to go out there and do some basic training. I went else where. I will have to drive anextra 20 minutes if I want KFC again. June 28, 2022, i downloaded coupon directly from kfc.ca. i order bucket deal which is 22.99 and cashier told me the deal was... expired. I looked at the coupon and it was really expired. I told them, yet, it's directly downloaded from kfc.ca shouldnt theyhonoured it. and they said no. I felt bad, i still paid over 30 dollars. When i brought bag to home, i was very disappointed.the fried chicken was so oily because it was socked with oil(usually happen when old oil is being used.) they did not put anyutensils and even forgot 2 gravies that was included in the meal. Worst KFC anywhere! Stand and wait at the counter forever waiting for an order, staff has trouble communicating in English, and... the chicken is embarrassingly small and dry compared to the way it use to be, while the fries were not even warm and got rippedoff on the quantity. Had bad experiences with zinger sandwiches in the past as well there. Asked to hold the mayo, and they addthe mayo. It is not rocket science! Ever since this new management took over at this location (seems from India, Pakistan,Bangladesh, you know?) this location has gone downhill, which is too bad as the previous management was very good and blows thispoor excuse of staff away. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location! The location on Parkdale Ave. is much betterand worth the few extra minutes drive. Hopefully KFC upper management will realize from all the negative reviews that thiscaravan serving on Queenston Rd. is taking the brand into the ground with their lack of: proper service, communication breakdownof orders, and poor quality taste of the food they prepare, therefore please show them all the door, and get some quality storemanagement and serving staff back as this area of Stoney Creek deserves much better. They discontinued the KFC from the locationfurther west on Queenston Rd near Canadian Tire a few years ago which is also too bad, especially now with this terriblelocation further east on Queenston Rd across from Fortinos, as it would have given the customer another choice of actualquality. 2 years ago I lived near here. It was great. I came today and ordered a 4 PC and upgraded all to white. Smallest pieces of... chicken I've ever seen. I've included a pic. This is a broken fry and it's almost as long as the breast. I had a bite of one soI've excluded it from out of box pic. I paid almost $20 for this with a $1 biscuit. This KFC has rude staff that can't even fix a simple mistake when they were the ones that made it. We had one woman yell at us... when we told her she forgot to put something we ordered in the bag and she accused us of just trying to get free food after Ihad just spent a fortune on mediocre half cold food that was missing 2 different items that we ordered.
