Every visit to your location is a disaster. The speed at which you handle orders, whether slow times or busy times, is... painfully slow. The confused look on the employees faces does not give customer confidence that their orders will be correct. How does a McDonald's location run out of fries at 9pm on a Thursday evening??? To the point where I waited in the drive thru,not even up to the order sign, for 10 minutes before I went inside. I ordered and waited even longer. Even though I was theonly person in the store. Like I said. If it was once in a while, I could understand. But this location is a disaster everysingle visit. Check your orders. These employees don't try at all. Should I order my iced coffee "stirred"? I think its actually impossible to... order though this drive-thru without them making a mistake. They cannot handle any sort of special request or modification. Theyask you if you want sauces with your nuggets, even charge 10cents for mayo, is it ever in the bag? NOPE. This location was buuuusy! Jody was manager on duty and did an amazing job running the store. Everything was clean and the... employees were actually happy and pleasant. I woukd definitely reccomend checking out this location! Read more
