DO NOT GO ATOUND 8 AM. I just mobile ordered, waited 25 minutes and still didn?t get my drink. I was acknowledged at the speaker... but then waited at the actual window for 10 minutes without anyone opening it to say hi or let me know it may be another 15 minso I can make a decision and not be late for work. Just got a Cafe mocha and put it in my cup holder of my car. I went to pick it up and because there was a crease in the cup it... folded in and the coffee beverage went everywhere all over my car console. I burnt my hand and almost crashed my car. This isunacceptable and you should not be serving creased cups because the integrity of the cup is now compromised and someone can getserious hurt. What is Starbucks going to do about this? Read more

Ordered two london fog with oat milk, they didn't even foam the oat milk at all and the temperature wasn't even hot. Doubt if... they ran it under the frother for any longer than a minute, disappointing! Read more
