Just got a Cafe mocha and put it in my cup holder of my car. I went to pick it up and because there was a crease in the cup it... folded in and the coffee beverage went everywhere all over my car console. I burnt my hand and almost crashed my car. This isunacceptable and you should not be serving creased cups because the integrity of the cup is now compromised and someone can getserious hurt. What is Starbucks going to do about this? Read more

Ordered two london fog with oat milk, they didn't even foam the oat milk at all and the temperature wasn't even hot. Doubt if... they ran it under the frother for any longer than a minute, disappointing! Read more
It's a Starbucks. Of course, quality hot beverages and food items but I just find the prices crazy for a refresher drink. I wish... I remembered the advice from tic Tok contributors who recommend u say NO ice or ice on the side. It's almost 6$ ( no alcoholeither ) and once u take a cple of gulps, you are left with ice and some fruit bits. I know this is a corporate thing and hasnothing to do with any of the locations so my review is more of a 'feeling ripped off,' customer. The gals and guys serving werelovely and giggled when I mentioned the 'ice,' thing. The sitting area was clean and washrooms too( that's important as we arenow all sharing bathrooms whether you stand or sit ;) So the loss of a star is more a message to head office...pricing hasalways been crazy but feeling it more these days. Sadie and the team made our experience stellar yesterday during a casual coffee run. The store was clean, well staffed and the... drive thru, busy. Service was friendly and quick; and we find ourselves hoping to have reason to visit this location again infuture. LOVE the look of the furniture at this location and appreciate that patio space was included when this store was beingdesigned. Read more
I completely missed the name of the counter person, but the woman was the best I've met. I informed her of no handsoap in the... bathroom, she quickly delegated to rectify that, and then truly tried to connect, and so naturally. Then my beverage was readyfor me to pick up. Read more
