i wish they would be more cautious on what they are making, as someone who is diabetic and asks for water and not lemonade in a... drink, it?s hard to regulate after. if someone is asking for a modified version of a drink accommodate it. especially for theprice, the drinks should be made correctly. The staff are really nice, wear masks, and are extremely patient/proficient when they're making ridiculous orders like a: Venti... 1 pump caramel, 1 pump white mocha, 2 scoops vanilla bean powder, extra ice frappuchino with two shots poured over the top(apagotto style) with caramel drizzle, double cupped. This is probably the best Starbucks I have been to! This location is definitely my preferred one, and I often make the time to... go there when I have few others much closer to me. They are always so pleasant whether it is via drive-thru or in-store. Theirrecommendations are on point, even for substitutions. I always leave feeling really good because of my interactions and how kindthey are. My drinks and foods are always fresh, and I rarely encounter any issues here. I think my order got messed up once (Iwas not even mad!) but they owned it and went out of their way to make it right unlike other locations where they visibly showtheir frustration. Absolute awful service. The employees are pleasant to talk to however, they can never get an order right. I have attempted to... have a successful Starbucks run four times at this location as it has recently become the closest to my work. I will not tryhere again. My latte and cappuccinos taste like soil, incorrect food items are given, drive through is terribly slow even beforelunch hours. It also doesn?t hurt to read the labels made by mobile orders. I don't usually go to Starbucks but I had a gift card so I thought I'd try it out. I had absolutely no idea what to order or... where to even start ..... The Girl working the drive thru this morning suggested the Honey Citrus Mint Tea for my sore throat,and I feel a million times better! She was so helpful and so kind to me, I really felt welcomed! I've never met someone socheerful in the morning (I'm used to those miserable Tim Hortons workers) I will absolutely be back to Starbucks butspecifically this location because of her!
