Made an online order via the subway website. Arrived on time for pickup to get my 3 subs and they weren't ready-i waited... patiently for them to be made. It wasn't busy, just one other customer in the store and two employees. As I'm waiting and seeingmy subs being made the employee pulls his phone out -in the middle of touching our subs and making them. Once he's done withthat he proceeded to finish making the subs. Ordered Veggie sub and it was one of the best ever I've with loaded stuff.
Great fast service, with fresh food. Some other local places could learn a thing or two about speed and quality of service here.
I get subs here weekly and the food is always consistent and fresh. Probably one of the best subways around.
I ordered 4 subs on their app Friday July 9, 2021 at approximately 1:30 pm. After picking up the subs and getting home I decided... to eat the Steak and cheese sub. When I unwrapped the sub I thought it looked very small for a large 12 inch, I didn't see anytoppings sticking out of it so I opened it up and there was very little steak,no cheese and a few little pieces of green pepperand onion , so skimpy it was terrible. When I called to complain the gentlemen told me it wasn't his problem, that it was myproblem and argued that it was my fault. I guess guaranteed customer satisfaction is not important? I recommend driving 5minutes down the highway and going to Firehouse Subs at Fifty Road exit ,pay an extra $3 dollars for a sub made properly wherecustomer satisfaction is given every time. Read more
Very cheap on the ingredients, orderd steak and cheese there's no cheese and very little meat, barley any vegetables. I Called... back thought maybe they made mistake but the guy on the phone very rude he said"he made perfect sub and that is not his problem"Wow???? it definitely will be my last time order from there! This is my favourite subway in Hamilton. Store is always very clean, well stocked and staff are very friendly. Even during covid... they have the rotisserie chicken, 2 other nearby restaurants limited their products and are not offering it. The staff nevergives me a hard time if I ask for additional servings of pickles etc. Read more
