I had a wonderful experience dining at Powerhouse for my daughters birthday. Melissa was our server and I have to say from start... to finish it was an absolute delight and made our time so special and memorable. She was so attentive, kind and quick. We stopped for lunch after checking out Albion Falls and before heading to the Devil's Punch Bowl. The Powerhouse is not so far... from the falls by car. It's got a cool vibe thanks to the historic building and welcoming staff. There's a large patio sopatrons can enjoy the summer weather. Would definitely go back. Read more

We love coming to the Powerhouse for the Unique setting, the excellent service and for the delicious food. Pre Pandemic the food... at the Powerhouse was Scrumptious and the quantity plentiful but we were disappointed with the servings and quality of the foodon our recent visit. The burger was quite dry and the fries were probably left out for a while, they did not have that crunchyexterior. Hopefully things will improve. Read more

Great atmosphere and decent service. Food was so bland, I highly don’t recommend getting the chicken sandwich. Fries are good... and I recommend the wings. Avoid the veggie burger as well. I’d just come here again for drinks and maybe dessert. Read more

****Updated Review**** Seems like the Powerhouse is back! I’m not removing my original review however the score has been... updated. The food was fantastic. The Powerhouse is back with a bang. Our server Sarah was fantastic. As mentioned in myoriginal review the staff has always been excellent. The wings which are gluten free were great. Some of the new photos havemissing food as we started eating before taking photos. It would be nice I have some more gluten free options for theappetizers. Gluten free nachos would be great addition. The butter milk fried chicken sandwich was delicious as was the steakpanini. The flights of beer were nice and refreshing. The upgrade to the Caesar salad is a $3.25 surcharge which is quitehigh. The wonton antojitos will make you want more. Some Feedback like before. The Antojitos (you get 8 but I took a picture at6) are quite small and thin. We got 7 ($16.95) wings with our order - it would be nice to order by the pound. My originalphoto pictured had 8. The rest was fine as were the value and prices based on inflationtoday. _______________________________________ I really want to give them a higher review but I can’t. Something seems abit of a miss at the powerhouse. The service was great but the food was below average. The wings were good. The fries wereover cooked. The the Thai noodle bowl was covered with store bought sweet tasting sauce. The Powerhouse Burger was not specialat all. The buns were so dry it tasted like they were from 2 weeks ago. The toppings were lacklustre. The biggest issue was theportion sizes. I get we are dealing with inflation but they have also increased prices which is fine. They just reduced theamount you get substantially. Something in the kitchen is a miss. I don’t want a free hand out, I don’t want to contactanyone so you can make it right - I just want the old powerhouse back. The pictures I posted look great but they didn’tdeliver.
