I came here with my sister, and we were treated poorly. Very rude and discriminating towards us but, all we wanted was to get... our wraps replaced because we specifically said no tomato because I am severely allergic and they sadly had tomato on them so wethrew them out. They proceeded to tell us we had to give them the already thrown out wraps. We went to the garbage and had tophysically look for the wraps since they wouldn?t replace them otherwise, even though we had proof of purchase. Veryuncomfortable and unsatisfied. This is the WORST tims I've ever been to in my life. 3x now they've messed up the most simple order. Literally, large coffee,... double double. It's not complicated. I've gotten coffee grounds 1x, double double tea 1x and sat in the drive-through for 15minutes during their non rush time. Absolutely Ridiculous. Read more

Order correct. Masks required to enter the store. Sept 30: Ordered Lg Ice Capp, plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and 2... blueberry muffins. Order came to 11.35. I paid $15 and got a twonie for change. Then waited 10 minutes for the person who tookmy order to tell me they had no blueberry muffins. When in fact they had a full tray. Keep my change as maybe you don't get paidenough. Not planning on buying from here again. Read more

Been here so many times only because I put gas in and it's convenient and definitely not because of the customer service. But... today was different (Saturday) they finally hired someone who is not only great at making coffee but also very friendly! Greatcustomer service Andy! Read more

Be nice if they focus on the people who aren?t lazy and actually go in for a coffee. Instead they have four people working... drive-thru for people who want a whole damn meal. So people who just want grab a coffee and go have to wait 15 mins. Smarten up Read more

The wait times are the longest and the staff seem very unhappy. Waited in line for 20 minutes for 1 coffee. Most times 5 staff... on drivethru and 1 on front cash. Upper management needs to support the staff and hire more people. By the time I have my coffeemy break is over. Read more

Was at this location this morning! And it took 15 minutes for me to get my coffee. There were a couple of people in line. There... is only one person working cash and the rest are on drive thru! There should be 2 people on cash at all times in the busymornings!!! I came in thinking inside would be faster then the drive thru but that is not the case ..its super slow inside!!!!!It is ridiculous how you have one person on cash and the rest on drive thru! The absolute worst customer service from the manager Sam. Went to go get breakfast this morning thru the drive-tru, the manager... Sam took our order with the worst attitude. She was extremely rude. They claimed it was a ?hectic? day, but that is still no wayto treat a customer. Very disappointed in the customer service from Sam, however the other person at the window was very niceand sweet.
