Just have to take a minute to give credit where it?s due, because normally I hate that this Tim Hortons usually has nothing... that the regular Tim?s have as of product they offer, & can be quite annoying but Johnathan who works the drive through duringthe day, is the absolute sweetest & has AMAZING customer service skills! Unprofessional staff placed order twice still didn?t get what I wanted ,staff wasn?t apologetic at all ,instead of correcting my... order and redo , they offer directly for refund very very disappointed they raised the price but staff they should work on it Read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a ham and cheese melt, a mocha iced capp, as well as a caramel iced Capp. (The order was for me... and my mom.) when we received our order, there were SEVERAL issues. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich was soggy and brown,they mixed up the syrups in the iced Capp, and they did not melt my ham and cheese melt. It was just two pieces of cheese. I?mnot normally one to leave a review, however when I called them to confront them about my issue; the woman on the phone told methat they had many trainees in that day. (As if that excuses it, because all that proves is that they don?t watch what theirtrainees are doing, because them not putting a MELT into the machine that melts it would?ve been caught right away if they hadbeen supervising.) She then proceeded to tell me to contact SkipTheDishes to receive points and dismissed the call. I?ve neverordered from this location, so as a first time customer this was extremely disappointing.
