The iced capp machine seems to always either be broken or malfunctioning at this location as well the staff seems I?ll prepared... for lunch rushes every time I come by. Lines often take forever and they will often not have a good portion of the menu readyfor lunch. Literally every time I go to a Tim hortons they manage to screw up the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I?ve order a single coffee... with cream that they manage to serve up burnt. This time they managed to entirely miss a coffee off our order and despiteasking for no plain or old fashioned Timbits in a 20 pack, we were given 10 plain/old fashioned. I see alot of complaints about the drive thru. I'm usually there in the mornings, and I use the Tims mobile app. Never an issue,... the am drive thru ladies are great. Shout out to Karen and Andrea for always being so nice. Could be, because I'm a regular, soyou get to know the staff. Read more
Worse customer service ever I got from Tim?s. Ordered cilantro lime veg. Wrap and I got chicken in it. As I?m completely veg.... Guy. This review is based on employment: I would not recommend working here or anything Tim Hortons for that matter. The amount of... work they make you do for the pay is not worth it. If you read the other reviews, there?s a lot of reviews talking about theafternoon staff and that?s because the afternoon staff is left to fend for themselves. It is never staffed properly because theowner believes that he does not make enough money to add extra people, which leaves his staff having to make a drinks, food,deal with problems, clean the store, deal with rowdy teenagers because this location is right beside the high school and after awhile the baker leaves so there?s no bakers at a bake shop? leaving customers upset and employees to deal with the consequences.You?re not allowed any relaxation time and anytime you?re caught standing around you?re told to clean or do something? TimHortons also doesn?t have proper training set up your just sent out on the floor and you have to learn while actually workingand dealing with customers which is super frustrating because people these days are so impatient and not understanding. youwatch a couple videos but you don?t get a program where you have to get to learn the till. This morning I went to get a usual coffee and bagel which was delicious but I witnessed such a beautiful act of kindness. I?m... not sure if it was the owner or store manager, but there was a man outside asking customers for money, she kindly asked him tostop asking customers for money and proceeded to give him a gift card. Huge applause to the way this was handled, with kindnessand dignity. Read more

By far disgusted with what I walked into today. At 437 pm brought my child in for a treat, had to use the women's washroom and... OMG unacceptable...worse then a gas station ! After expressing my concern with the staff, they had the audacity to blame.ahomeless lady who apparently spent the last 45 min in there and had left the moment I came in. I told this female staff thatit's disgusting that she would blame homeless women for the mess that was in there. The washroom toilet,floors , walls look asif they haven't been cleaned in months.
