This Tim Hortons ignores customers that come into the establishment to order food, like most Tim Hortons it seems. We waited 20... minutes this morning to get served, there were only 2 customers in front of us. They appeared to be fully staffed and organized.The man & his daughter behind us in line, went outside to the drivethru after 10 minutes of watching drive-thru customersgetting served. We saw them at the window a few minutes later getting served before us. I will note, the staff were friendlyand seemed very organized. The food was prepared well and properly. It was even prepared quickly once we were able to order. Itseems like they have a great team there and its clean inside, but they greatly prioritize drive-thru customers, with littleregard to customers inside. Read more
My first time trying Tim Hortons while visiting Ontario. The French Vanilla is delicious ??????????????????!
I've been to this location multiple times over 2-3 years and I can safely say the quality is nowhere near where it should be.... I'm not sure if they just don't clean their machines, I've ordered hot chocolates and lemonades that taste like dirty water andevery time I go back I think it'll be better but it never is. Read more

I cannot believe how dirty this Tim Hortons was when I went inside to order because drive thru was backed up around 8pm. There... was a piece of a block of cheese on the ground, the floor looked like it had not been swept the whole day, the girl working thesandwich counter had her phone on a block of cheese, no hair net on. There was garbage on the front counter where you order,which I waited 10 mins to even be served. I took pictures because I couldn?t believe my eyes. A busy Tim?s but clean and well kept with friendly staff. We did a mobile order which glitched and never got delivered. They... didn?t give us any hassle, just asked to see the order and they went ahead and made it for us. Much appreciated. Read more
Would give a 0 if I could, have only experienced bad experiences at this location. Horrible service for online ordering. Just... ordered coffee 20 MINUTES before picking it up since we have had issues in the past with our order not being ready. Only to comeAGAIN, with it not only not being ready, but the cashier saying they didn?t even see the order come though AND the latte machinewas broken. Not coming to this location again. Read more
