Went into Turtle Jacks for dinner with my family, and was greeted at the door. Got seated, and didn?t have a waitress come up to... us for at least 15 minutes. When waitress arrived, she was not friendly whatsoever and didn?t seem like she wanted to serve us.Waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the server didn?t even apologize or acknowledge the fact that our food waslate coming out. The people came after us got their food within 15 minutes. We asked her questions, she ignored us. When thefood did arrive, she didn?t even come up to us to ask how our food was. Worst dining experience I?ve ever had, and worstcustomer service I?ve ever had. We will not be going back to this establishment. Word of advice, hire people who actually enjoytheir job and want to be there. The tip we gave her reflected the service given. Read more

Excellent service, amazing food! We started off with one of our favourite appetizers, chicken rolls, and we decided to try a new... one, the fried calamari. The calamari was cooked well and seasoned to perfection! For our mains, we got the wings, which Ihighly recommend, and the New York chicken dinner. Both were absolutely amazing as always! The food was lovely but very expensive. Just 2 people - one had lobster and steak but the other just had an appetizer and... ginger ale. The bill was $149! Appetizers have been re-branded as "shareable" but there doesn't seem to have been much of asize change in the nearly $18 spinach dip for one. Can't comment on the others. I only managed to grab a photo of my dessert because I had to drive right in to my meal!! ???? This was my first time back at a... Turtle Jack?s in over 2 years, and my first time at this specific location. I honestly think this location is the best one I?vebeen too. Other Turtle Jack?s seem to be poorly-lit but this one was very comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. The food isgreat, everything on the menu sounded so good - it was tough to make a choice! Price and quality are very reasonable for a datenight/family outing. Staff are very friendly too. I?ll be back! Read more
