Don't waste your time, money or the calories. This dunkin is terrible. Not only is the service slow, the attitude of the staff... is appalling. One of my family members was rudely barked at when asked for a bathroom key. This was after we ordered and paidfor our coffees, which by the way tasted awful. The manager is useless and seemed desensitized to the fact that his employeeassumingly has episodes with customers like this often. If I could give zero stars I would because one star even rates toohighly. Keep driving past this Dunkin filled with rude employees and up the street you shall find a much better DD with peoplewho treat others who pay with respect. Read more

They locked us in and decided they were to busy to allow any more customers inside. I've seen other DD busier and this was first... time I saw this. Emoloyess could've handled pressure better, but thankfully this wasn't a local stop. DD by my place is great.Even on Sunday morning. Read more

30 minutes in the drive thru line, late beyond belief, poor attitude for the girl doing drive thru. Manager not being helpful.... My order was completely freaking wrong. We had been traveling and had to use the restrooms right away. We were planning on making a large order afterwards, but no, we... had to make an entire order for our entire family before we could use them. I understand people abuse things, but seriously,they can?t just take our word that we were going to buy something. Well, they lost our business. You would think some businessis better than none. I wouldn't usually go out of my way to praise Dunkin coffee, but this Dunkies actually makes good coffee.
