Terrible! The staff did not speak English and were very un-sanitary! The also could not accommodate my sons nut allergy! After... 15 min we finally just bought a entire thing of ice cream. I never take the time to write a bad review. This is my first. Waited 15 minutes watching 3 employees waiting on one customer... and they all didn?t have a clue what they were doing! The owner should send them to Starbucks training school. If your time isvaluable and you need to be somewhere on time l would pass by this location. Read more
Standard good DD. Decaf coffee was fresh. Order of ice water was an additional fifty cents.
I was about to write a terrible review for the place, but just today I totally changed my mind. They have all new staff and... management and the new change reflects very well in terms of customer service. From simply smiling when they take ur order tomaking sure you got what you needed (something prev management and employees did not do at all), it's exactly how I like it backat the dunkin near my home and I'm glad they finally replaced the bad old with the good new. Definitely recommend those who wereappalled by this place before to give it another shot and hopefully receive the same feedback as I did today. Read more
Love this place! It's one of the few coffee places near Stony Brook campus that's open 24/7! The staff is friendly, prices are... fair and wait time is phenomenally low. Place is usually clean and can accommodate big groups. As for the menu, they serve allthe standard DD items. Parking is available in the front and the back of the restaurant. Read more
Unfortunate language barrier. I asked for a holiday blend, the cashier couldn't understand what I was asking for and gave me a... regular coffee instead. When I asked the English speaking store associate to correct the order (very politely) she did so, butaggressively slid the coffee across the counter. Mistakes happen, yes, but if a customer asks for a correction because of alanguage barrier there shouldn't be any issue. Read more
