This restaurant has one of the best dumplings I have had in Long Island. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is... interested in Szechuan kitchen as it does not disappoint when it comes down to its main course dishes as well. I always have agreat experience every time I dine-in as the servers are always respectful and provide good service to their customers. 10/10 Read more

The place has good food but the price was a bit expensive in my opinion. The portions are huge no doubt. I really liked the... shredded beef with peppers it was hot and spicy and they will warn you before ordering. The dumplings were a littledisappointing for me the taste was average and the dumplings were dry. Their chili oil is really good and its spicy. Read more

Pork and shrimp soup dumplings are the absolute best. Service just needs more people. Will be going again regardless!

I’ve been going to Red Tiger since they opened quite a few years now. Remarkably they just keep getting better. The place is... relatively small but you never feel crowded. The service is fast and friendly. The FOOD THOUGH, one of the best dumpling andChinese food places I’ve ever had the pleasure to eat in (I’ve been going to Shanghai for over 5 years). An absolute musttry, the pork soup dumpling. If I could give 10 stars I would. The menu is extensive so take your time when making your choices.I tend to be quite harsh on Restaurants since I’m in “The Biz”. I don’t care about fancy decor, it’s all about thequality and flavor. Don’t miss this one if your ever in this area, you will not be disappointed. Cheers Read more

Some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had. I finally don’t have to go out to queens to get some good soup dumplings. Some of... the best Cantonese food I’ve had and would recommend this place to anyone. The boba is great as well and the prices are prettyfair. Can’t wait to order from them again! Read more

So many people talk about this edumpling place and I was kind of shocked I've never been there. Tonight was the night we gave it... a try. In Stony Brook there is a dumpling House called red tiger. It is a very small seating area with maybe 8 tables. We kindof ordered dim sum tonight. The boy ordered obviously chicken wings. He did not like them but that's because he likes verysimple buffalo wings and these were not that. The wife tried them and really enjoyed it. They looked great and I woulddefinitely order them. The first dish we ordered was steamed pork soup dumplings. They actually have a special this weekendthat if you order $50 or more you get a free order of soup dumplings so these wound up being free but were my daughter'sfavorite. They were hot and fresh and made on site. All of their dumplings are made on site and we're very tasty. The next onewe ordered was scallion pancake with spicy pork. These were my wife's favorite and she doesn't like scallion go figure. Thenext one we ordered was spicy kung pao chicken bun. My son actually tried these and said they were his favorite. He has nothingto compare them to but they had a good amount of heat to them and he even ate them knowing they had vegetables inside of them gofigure. They were very good. We ordered shrimp dumplings which honestly nobody really liked. The next one we ordered was a panfried Kung Fu bun. It was ground pork that was not spicy and had a good crispy bottom to it. The top of the dumpling was steamedthough and soft in texture. My favorite the charcoal bun was filled with ground beef and sweet corn. Was it visually appealingnot really did it taste really good yes definitely There was an elderly gentleman there that we had a very lovely conversationwith he was another patron who says he goes there about once a week. He ordered rice with lobster sauce and there were giantchunks of lobster in this. It looked great They have black tea which is a big plus for me. They serve Read more
