Forget as a customer as an Employee also I would like to tell all of the students to avoid working at this Starbucks. The... manager is a Nationalist and lied about my working hours even if I was alway punctual and did all the work that I was supposedto do. Read more

Something is always broken at this Starbucks. Pair that with 20 minute long lines and workers not telling you that a machine is... broken beforehand, and half the time you go you waste 20 minutes to not even get anything. Read more

The only reason it gets 3 stars is because of convenient location for sitting down to chat between classes and and cut the... college students some slack. They have long lines, never have ingredients, and they close early which sucks for people withevening classes. Read more

Super nice staff even when it's outrageously busy. Most of the bad reviews are complaints about how long the lines are, which... can't be helped because it's a small counter space with only 2 registers. My only piece of advice is to order as early aspossible because even on the rare chance they DO mess up an order after the 5-10 min wait, you can tell them and they'll happilyre-do it for you. It's unfair to blame the 4 people working when the store is packed and half the customers order complicateddrinks that take a while to make properly. Read more

This is the main Starbucks on campus. Lines are almost always long, but you can order online via the GET mobile app (when it... actually works- and you can't use gift cards here). However, even when the line is short, don't be surprised if you have to wait10+ minutes for your drink. Prices are the now even more expensive than NYC Starbucks prices, which are already higher thanprices for Starbucks in Suffolk county. One of the main downsides is that is doesn't partake in the Starbucks refill program, which is a shame if you plan to stay here for a while. Read more

Every time I go to this place I wait a ridiculous amount of time. This morning 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES before I had class I order... a toasted bagel with butter. I ended up being 10 minutes LATE to class and had a hot piece of bread in my backpack with nobutter on it that I paid 2 dollars for and 2 frozen sticks of restaurant butter. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been toin my entire life. Read more

There is always a line! You can wait as long as 40mins to order and additional 15mins to get your order. The line is insane ????... Havent bought a coffee from them since fall semester began. Also, hey run out of drinks/food in a middle of the day. Big plus isstaff that is always nice! Read more

I might be biased because I am a 5-year student/alumnus and a 3-year former employee. However, here is my most honest review: *... Firstly, this place does not deserve five stars because the drinks are not made to the best quality that it can be made. As aformer employee, I can confirm that it is possible to make quality drinks in the midst of campus lifetime, even if it takes twominutes longer. * As for those complaining about TIME: please be considerate and come earlier if you know the traffic (i.e. ifyou know you have class in five minutes or something, don't expect a drink under five minutes) because this is NOT a corporatelocation and student workers change every semester due to graduation. Lines will always be long no matter what because thislocation is considered a HIGH VOLUME store. High volume hours: usually 10A-7P (super peak is 11A-3P) * Pros and Cons: PROs: ?Even if line is long, all baristas keep in mind that they are to follow standards in timely fashion and do their best to serveyou even if the line goes out the door. ? Orderly staff: the staff are organized so that everyone has a part and nothing in thestore is misplaced or empty. ? Friendly staff: They will give you the respect you deserve, but please give the respect that theydeserve, in return. It isn't easy working in a high-vol store. CONs: ? Waiting in line: it sucks because there can be onebarista on the register because there is not enough staff. These things happen, but should not be frequent. ? Very crowded: nocan do... It is a huge university after all. ? Restroom: NEXT TO STORE in the library basement and NOT in store. P.S. majorprops to baristas Dara and Rachel for always a prompt and quality service :^) (ask for them!) Read more
