If I could, I would rate 0 star. Drinks here are usually ok, but the manager I met today is unprofessional, unfriendly, and... inpatient. I ordered a bakery on my mobile and received a wrong one. When I went back for a refund, the manager showed me ahorrible attitude by firstly denying that I could place order through mobile. After I showed her the purchase history, shecontinued with ?you ordered on the mobile, we can give you no refund, no replacement ?. During the whole time, she said noapology for the mistake they made, rolled her eyes, and showed no willing of helping me to solve this problem. Finally, I had togoogle the customer service number by myself to make a phone call and get the refund. Read more
This Starbucks charges for filtered tap water when it?s free on the app?..water also tastes bad. Never had that experience at... another Starbucks. Do not recommend. Read more

I am an employee here at the hospital and I feel I was treated with disrespect by the Starbucks employee. They don't listen to... your requests (i.e. light ice) and typically don't fill up your cup (which is inexcusable given the extremely high prices). Alsothe lines take too long and it always seems like it is understaffed. Overall, I think there is much to be improved. Read more
The worst experience of my life. Refused to serve me because I wasn?t an employee. I am a rule follower and understand places... have policies and procedures put into place due to the pandemic. Close the doors then and make it that you need to scan yourbadge to get in. There?s no reason as to why the doors are open and human beings are inside enjoying coffee but I?m not allowed.I guess Starbucks doesn?t think I?m a human being. Read more
The employees were very courteous. But Starbucks coffee is bitter and overpriced. The place in general is a total ripoff. All... their food is very high in sodium and sugar and overpriced. I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Stony Brook Hospital. I don't recall the name of the young man that helped me at... the counter he was very helpful I wanted to purchase a reusable cold cup and there weren't any out on display and he went out ofhis way to get me one from the back. Great customer service. I ordered a mint tea and it was made perfectly. The wait wasn'tlong at all. Place was very clean. No complaints. Read more
