I dont live in the area, but popped in this afternoon about 2:45 after a few hours of shopping and the person behind the... counter was so kind to my granddaughter and myself, I wanted to tell him that I noticed his exemplary service and efficiency. Idon't know if he was the manager but I came away so impressed and told my family all about him. My daughter in law loved the lb.of ground coffee I brought her and said they go there all the time. We asked for a matcha lemonade with light lemonade. The barista making it asked another employee how to make a matcha lemonade... with light lemonade. They then proceeded to respond with they don't know what they're ordering. We got a matcha lemonade withthe regular amount of lemon. Some people don't like it being too sweet. Great Spot to chillin in the summer and read a book with a drinks :D. The staff here are very cool and friendly! Excellent spot... to bring your friends and enjoyed your time here.It is located in Stony Brook malls with many various type of stories aswell!Parking lot is big and many spot to park just remember when pulling out look left or right and slowly pull out. During thenight time, too many aggressive driver just going too fast and avoiding those speed bump.Most of time, the Suffolk Police justpatrol here, you can count on safety first! Read more
Excellent location! Clean, always efficient. 1small problem with an order one time . Was home already but Rob, a supervisor ( I... believe) handled it so well. They clearly care about their customers here! Every employee is always polite, respectful &efficient. I am not a BIG Starbucks person, but thanks to the crew here, I'm becoming one fast! I love how big and spacious this location is. It's really cute and it's a nice spot to hang out or do some work. I visited today... however and while trying to order a Frappuccino with the cashier, some girl behind the counter started shouting at me in a veryrude tone that she was out of mocha so she can't make that Frappuccino for me. There's no other drink I can order here, so Iasked for a chocolate croissant. They gave me the wrong croissant. I didn't complain because I didn't want food getting wastedfor no reason but this was very far from the best experience. Read more
Super friendly baristas! They were all really nice, quick, and made some great coffee. I?ve been coming to this starbucks for... years now and i?ve very rarely been disappointed by my coffee. I wish they had more tables for people to work at but aside fromthat it?s a great location. Read more
