okay, to be fair,I'm not a fan of Boston Pizza to start but my Dad suggested going here. BP put in some work to elevate their menu quite a bit, and while the taste definitely shows, it falters in others. Cactus cut... fries were soggy and floppy and generally unappetizing, even though the dip was amazing. Tons of flavour, but no technique,which makes paying that heightened price tag hard. I always love eating at Boston Pizza and this one is good as well. I did get a tiny burn from the french onion soup bowl though.... She did not tell me it was hot. Even though yes I know it is. I just know they are supposed to say something. Also had a GreatWhite North pizza. Excellent as always. We did order a small Hawaiian Pizza to go and we disappointed to find out there was verylittle cheese on it. I suggest they either add more cheese when they make it. There prices have gone up quite a bit too, but Iblame the government for that. Edit: Came here again today June 13/19 and had a great time! Not only was the food excellent butthe waitress noticed a hair on my moms pizza and insisted on having the cooks make a new one! Very happy with the service. AND Ihad a Chipotle Chicken Club and normally the bread is always hard and this time it was nice and soft! Read more
I called ahead to order a meateor. When I arrived a few of the staff just stared at me and left me with a feeling like I was... annoying them. I then walked to the washroom and still no one even said hello. Odd for a service based business. The pizza crustwas thin. Floppy and hard to eat with almost no toppings. I have eaten at many BP and understand what is supposed to be on thepizza. For $35 there better be a full serving of toppings. Not the case. There were a bunch of tough looking people hanging outin the lobby trying to withdraw money from the atm in the lounge. Off putting. Read more
