Says they close at 11 pm Came in at 10:09 didn't accept my drive through order and were so mean about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Every time I go to this Tims they are always out of stock on items no matter what time of day it is. They only make certain... foods at certain times which I have never experienced at any other Tim Hortons (chicken isn?t getting made till after 10:00 am)Very disappointing every time. Cheryl that took my order through the drive-thru speaker did a phenomenal job. I explained I never had Tim?s ice coffee and... don?t know what to expect. Not only did she check to make sure I loved it but Cheryl (took extra steps) to make it even betterwhen I didn?t ask but commented that it was a bit sweet. Great job Cheryl!!! Not impressed with the person taking orders, ask for coffee and donut, and they didn't have type of donut . Another person got... on speaker and said they would read out what they had .I didn't hear her clearing and asked for apple fridder. The girl boldlystated, listen to what she said, we don't have apple fridders.. I said ok , pardon me , can you tell me what you haveagain.. Not the order girl but the girl who interrupted, said awwww, now listen what we have.. Very rude, so I said I don'twant nothing now.. Waited for 3 vehicles ahead of me to get there food. I drove by pick up window and recieved a dirtylook.. Absolutely obserd. Never again will I go there . 3rd time having someone be ignorant. There was two staff and from both of them was possible bad service but also Tim Horton in a whole. Because this location is... lacking the equipment to do there job. Also, who is responsible to put in the reusable discount. The lady staff was the only oneI deal with because the young man was non listen. I was thinking that it would wise if I purchased refill cup. Steeped tea was actually cool, not even warm and not as ordered. Wrong type of bagel and topping. We actually had to wait... until they served a lady, on foot, that was apparently staying at a hotel next to this location. Picture attached shows ladywalking away and waving to us. Read more
I mean it does the trick? I think it might kill them to say ?welcome to Tim Hortons, may I take your order?, or ?hi what can I... get for you??? Everytime, you get to the window and they just say ?hi?? I worked at tim hortons in high school and they ran atight ship, so this really bugs me lol Read more
