I had a giant hair in my fries and didn?t realize it until it was my mouth. My son had a big ball of fuzz on his chicken strips.... Also my chicken sandwich seemed like it was cooked with a dehydrator. Somehow Arby?s Storm Lake is the nastiest place to eat intown. Read more

The fries were terrible. They were cold the first time. Took them back to the counter, gave us warm ones but they were super... hard and burnt. Also took a long time to get the food. And the girl that took our order was not friendly at all. Never made eyecontact and barley looked up from the register. Wouldn't return to this arbys. Read more
They were out of turkey and curly fries. Just a place where I will take my business elsewhere.
WAGYU Burger is the best fast food burger I've had to date. It's expensive but really worth it.
