Chicken was cold asked for 2 different pizzas at time of ordering and kid at the counter said one would be on the dessert table... didn't get either pizza . We arrived at the Pizza Ranch in Storm Lake. IA. We were there over two hours and no fresh pizza was served. Most of the salad... bar was empty, the mashed potatoes were gone, the chicken was cold, the soup was gone. I ask if they were going to serve anymore fresh pizza and was told no. With two hours before closing there should have been fresh food served. Talked to the managerand she pointed to one pizza and said that it was fresh. We were there almost 1.5 hours and that was the requested pizza for thetable behind us, which was when we first got there. This Place is Usually pretty consistent however I have ate at the one in Storm Lake, Iowa twice and it's seems they don't know... how much food to cook because you go thru the line and everything is out after you just paid 13 plus ? dollars. Read more
