Very very good food. The leftovers are in my fridge right now and grateful. My parents liked it too.

Found this place while visiting UConn. Had the Nepalese goat curry. Tender, juicy and extremely flavorful. Rice was delicious... and complimented the goat perfectly Read more

Food did not let us down for sure, but the service did. My wife and I waited a long time to be seated and have our orders... taken. Then we waited some more... and waited... and waited... as we were puzzled that diners at a couple of nearby tables whohad come in long after us started digging into their food... when finally, the owner came out to apologize that he had forgottento enter our order! As I wrote, however, the food certainly did not disappoint. Read more

The only Indian restaurant I'll really go to because I can be sure that there's a strong likelihood that my food will be... prepared well. While the prices can be considered a little much, the portions make up for it. My fiance and I typically splitone meal and are both completely satisfied. Read more

Overall I love Kathmandu but sadly were they are located( mostly for college students located on college campus) its not... affordable. Fully expect to pay over $16 dollars for one meal. Delicious ! but very expensive. They also charge 10% of the billfor credit card fee... which is odd, I highly recommend using cash. I understand charging a fee if its under $10 but anythingover is a little much. I imagine this is why the business suffers and most have left Storrs Center for the outrageous pricesthey charge to have a business there. Read more

I came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy the posted lunch buffet! It wasn't during the school year so it was easy... to find parking on the street and didn't have a wait. The buffet had chicken and vegetarian options along with one goat dish.Everything was very good, especially the chili chicken. I'd recommend coming in for a visit, especially for lunch buffet if youwant to try a little of everything. Read more
